Print-on-Demand Products
All products sold by The Arabic Word are made to order through a print-on-demand production process. Each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, print placement, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may begin and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
Shipping

Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Minor color differences between screen displays and printed products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
