Return & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with us.
As all of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already started and the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor variations in color caused by screen settings
- Personalized or custom products
European Union Customers
For customers located in the European Union, please note that custom-made and print-on-demand products are generally exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under applicable consumer protection laws. Therefore, orders cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.
